At The Phoenix Shop, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached to ensure a smooth transition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your items in the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
